Notes from Title I
Springville Bicentennial Artwork
NLCS schools have been included in the Lawrence County Legacy Project as part of the 2018 Lawrence County Bicentennial Celebration. Our art students worked together to make a painting of the old Springville Gymnasium. Artwork will be on display at The Depot in conjunction with the Lawrence County Art Association's display. All NLCS schools worked different themes that relate to our community. After the project is displayed at the conclusion of the relay ending at The Depot, September 15th, the collection will move to other locations before it is hung in its permanent home. Stay tuned for more details.
